do you need a missing link if you have a vafc and injectors..........on a turbo motor obviously?

Im gonna go out on a limb and say yes, but you should save up for hondata or aem ems, thats what most people on here are gonna tell you.

 

You dont even need to go that far, there are much cheaper EMS'es out there and they get the job does just as well, in most cases, running a VAFC hack and even a Missing link is nothing but trouble, All those things do is lie to the ECU to get more fuel and with more fuel comes more timing, shoot, you would be better off with a FMU B4 a missing link and a VAFC hack. It may be that you are short on funds but selling the VAFC and the missing link will give you enough money to get your ECU chipped and ready for a much better way of controlling fuel and timings as well as many other useful features like VTEC, 2 steps, boost cut, and much much more.. Take a look into Crome, Uberdata and the other Honda ROM editing software out there. www.pgmfi.org is a great place to start Good luck and happy boosting
