DA Manual steering rack

Does anyone know which steering rack EF og EG is interchangeable with the DA Integra? I think that its the EF but Im not sure.

thanks but the power steering pump and associated parts have been removed from my car just looking to find the manual rack to swap out. anyone know EF EG?????
