i have seen these rims in person, and i just dont think they are rotas

Rota has never made a rim with a 3" polished lip....well, not until lately

I'm 99.98% sure that your 15" wheels are Konig Tuners that have been professionally painted Green, They were produced through '96-99 If I remember correctly and only came in Silver with a polished lip, sizes were 15,16,and 17 inch only.

I had a set of these in 17" back in '98 on my Toyota Corolla and sold them to a friend that is still pimping them out on a Black Mirage in Brooksville.

 

I just repainted them today a blackish gunmetal color..they were originally silver , but they do say rota stamped in on the back of the rim...but they do look like those konig tuners..not sure....
