Just so you know, MSD boxes cause more problems then they are worth. your stock ignition system is more than enough, it is capable of supporting damn near anything you can throw at it. If you really want a 2nd rev limiter get your ECU chipped and run crome/uber and such they support those functions.. If you want to upgrade your ignition system buy an external coil and some new wires, sell that box and invest in something thats going to benefit you in the long run. If you have doubts about my info, Ask any other Shop owners that deal in Honda/Acura's and a few Tuners, they will tell you the same thing.. Ditch the Box

I run a 6AL On my car with absolutely no problems.. And it has an ignition cut rev limiter/2 step as oppose to the fuel cut most use...

Im with him, i was also told by many people who own shops and build engines that your stock ignition is more than enough, talk to mostly anyone who really knows what they are doing...such as Blown99civicSi

Thats cew, But I have run into more issues with those boxes when it come to tuning than any other problems. Think about it, Why upgrade your ignition when it is more than capable of doing what it needs to do. Now for people with Nitrous its a diffrent game, unless they are running a EMS that has Nitrous control. they cant control timing, which in case a Digi 6 works great for them. To each his own, But all in all MSD boxes cause more problems then they are worth...

its not really that they cause problems, its more in the sense that msd ignitions are not really neaded unless running nitrous
