obd0 b16a, stock pw0 ecu, on a 75 wet shot, no backfires, deatonation on the plugs, etc.

I give her a test run yesterday after I backed the timing off a little bit, it pulled VERY strong and perfect like I said, no nothing.. Well now it's idling at about 1500+ rpms with the idle screw screwed all the way in, and when it actually drops to 1200 or so it sounds like it's barely sputtering just a small bit.. the car runs and drives completely perfect minus the idle, no funny noises, sputtering under acceleration, etc. any idea as to what it could be?

if not throwning any codes, check the FITV....that might help it out....turn up the idle screw and tighten up the FITV....and give me your NAWZ

 

yea check the fast idle thermo valve...make sure its tightened all the way down.....i think im gunna spray the hatch

 

well when i sprayed my teg, my FITV backed itself off all the way like yours did Donnie...glad you could get it fixed!...

 

put more nitrous on it.

God I hate you and jake, you always tempt me.. I ALWAYS spray triple digits and they are fine, and the one time I don't, it fucks up

Also, I was giving her another test run today with the timing backed down a little more and the fucking exhaust blew off the downpipe right before vtec crossed over, and when it did I almost had a damn heart attack
