Default Best plugs to use for boosted gsr?

Having a breaking up issue in my car as well as worrying about the high compression turbo setup, breaking up mostly in vtec... Bottom end is jdm gsr with b16 head. stock head gasket. just got a set of NGK iridium IX's BKR6EIX-11. Didnt gap em, I was wondering what to gap them too.

Also, the dizzy is throwing a cyp code. I have a spare sohc obd1 distributor, can I take the cyp sensor out of it? or should i just get another obd1 dizzy?

my current dizzy is an ls obd1, cut the peg so it will fit the vtec head, msd cap, coil.

do you think another stock dizzy will fix my problem? the spark plugs? or fixing the cyp sensor? thx.

for the dizzy code, not sure if you have a p28, but i know my p28 with crome pro took that code off.

#7 Heat Range BKR7E-11 [NGK-1283] gapped to .028-.030

CYP code = bad wiring or bad dizzy internals (magnets) replace the internal sensors with internals from another dizzy (doesnt matter vtec, non-vtec sohc or dohc) as long as its obd1 etc.

Good Luck.

Or OBD2. Doesn't matter.

Also, what turbo are you running and stock block? Boost pressure? 7's do it for most setups but don't have all the details on yours.

It does matter if he doesnt want to re-wire his engine harness plug again

Who said anything about engine harness plug. You were talking internals and I quoted you. Therefore....it does not matter.
