your talking about the plastic part of the light right? just buy new headlights, it isnt worth the hassle to clean them up, or.... i have heard of a rumor that if you soak them in turpentine, or vinegar or something like that overnight the oxidization should be gone.... im not certain which to soak it in and or if it will work, but its worth a try. good luck
If the yellow is on the inside, You will need to take the housings apart (200 degrees in the oven for 6 minutes will soften the OE Glue up...And pry apart...) and do this process.
1- wetsand the lense with a 1500+ grit sandpaper or apply a Automotive body compound to the yellowed area.
2-Clean the oxydation that was sanded or compounded off with regular windex and a lint free towel.
3-Apply a liquid wax (like Meguires/Eagle One/turtle/3M/Etc.) to the area you are treating, let wax dry and then use a 3000+ rpm high speed buffer and buff the wax into the lense. (don't hold the buffer still on the area for more then 4 seconds unless you want the pad to burn into the plastic lense)
4-Repeat # 3- one more time...then put the lense back on the housing..put the housing back on the car...and enjoy Brand New looking headlights.
OR
5- PM me and I can do the whole process for you in less then an hour and a half for a small fee.
