Oil In 97 Civic 1.6 Vtec??

I prefer Synthetic Oil over all others. I usually use Valvoline or Redline (redline is pricey though) My car has never been quiter and i have been using it for 3 years now. oh and I use 5W30

I use Mobil 1 Synthetic 10W30.... Never had a problem with it.
