I never empty mine. The top of the can is connected to my exhaust and pulls vacuum there. There are small residuals in the can, but nothing you can empty.
I Wanted to do to a set up like you havfe 60-1...
I plan on doing one, really soon... a/c is a bigger priority though

I think on that Honda-tech thread there is some info on it. If not, I will try and do a write up on it. If you go to Summitt, you can find the slash cut tubes. Or you can make your own. The key is in the angular placement and slash style.
