boost question????
depends on the condition of the engine itself really, and also what kinda fuel modifications and engine managment you use, how hard will you drive the car, etc...
there are a good amount of factors involved, but safely turbocharging a motor not meant for bust the low cost way would probably get you 5-6 psi safely. my guess, not sure.

I got 440cc, fpr, 3inch down pipe and all the way back and my euc is chip with crome by MTBER (great tuner) right now my boost is about 3psi but I'm about to install a boost controller and was wondering what's the highest I can boost it without blownin my motor. Someone told me that honda can take about up to 8 psi with stock internal. But not really sure jux want to be safe and have fun at the sametime.
Here is the thing...If your car was tuned at 3psi then you have to have it retuned at whatever psi you decide to run on it. So if you want to run 8psi you will need to have john retune it again. I would not reccomend that you boost above 3psi without consulting w/john first.

it depends on what turbo....
example: 10psi on a t25 vs 10psi on a sc61 is totally different.

Besides what everyone has said already....
Another thing to take into consideration is your map sensor, I recommend having me install a 2.5 bar map sensor if you plan on boosting anything over 10 lbs.
I would also recommend you get your self t-bolt clamps & a new set of couplers.
(Your couplers were blowing off at 3 psi....)
