What would be my best option? and does anyone know a shop around st. pete that would (A)rebuild (B) i heard you can put a h23a1 head on my f22a1 block or (C) H22 swap

this doesn't make since. Its only a headgasket. $40.00 for a headgasket vs. thousands on a rebuild or swap? In my opnion replacing the headgasket would be the best "value".

then i suggest the h22 swap. sure, it might be a little costly, but it'll be better quality, and more fun in the longrun.
