Default ARP mains....... (LS)

I cant seem to find and ARP main bolts for a LS/B20. So I am guessing they do not make them. I wonder if I can use the B18C ARP main bolts then? I am only getting them as another way of being safe and they don't cost that much.

The 3 center main bolts/studs will be longer due to the crank girdle on b18c. You could run an aftermarket girdle then use the arp b18c studs. They wont work on a stock bottom end LS...

Im not calling BS on you, But BS on the claim that OEM bolts are just as strong as ARP's, Honda's bolts are made from material that will strech alot more than the material the ARP's are made from. But there is 1 downside to getting ARP mains, To install them the "right" way, you need to Line bore the caps and block. Some will say naaa, but thats the whole reason why you get new mains, not because the OEM's will break but they could strech and cause the crank to shift at higher RPM's. New ARP mains and a line bore will make sure your crank will hold strong and STRAIGHT!! If you dont plan on making HP over 450, then OEM's will be fine, but IMHO any motor over 400 should have this done(just in case, you dont want your money pit breaking because U didnt want to spend and extra $200 or so right?)....

Like Blown99civicSi said. If you end up buying the ARP main studs be sure to have the block align honed. This is the same if you get new main caps as well.

I'm sorry I ment main bolts, where can I get main bolts from? I know you can get them at the dealer, but is there any where other than the dealer? With my work schedule I cant get to the Acura dealer.
