this is the (off road) kit then
pull the stock breather box add the freeze plug to the port
remove both the 14 hex bolts on the block and install the 2 block vent tubes where the hex bolts went.
install the tubes to the tubes then to the bungs on the can
then use the extra hose and the tee to use the drain back feature
install hose on the drain then tee it to the bottom hose from the bung making sure the tee is lower then the can.

you will see the stock PCV vent on the top of the box... you will be taking the nipple out of the block and putting the block off plug in it...
also you want the drain to go as close to the block as possible... and this is draining into the line going into the block closest to the tranny (i believe, it has been a little while for me)...
