cams dont get stamped. You are prob. looking at the gear.
And the answer is still no on putting B16 (or any vtec cams) on an LS.

and oh yea, me ls cams are stamped with 75 on them.(for p75=ls)

 

Actually, no, I wasnt looking for "VTAK" or VTEC but maybe a more aggresive cam for a very stock LS engine. Once again, I was not looking at the cam gear, but at the actual cam, so If "PR3" is not stamped on my friend's CAMS then obviously I am either A.) Crazy or B.) Burned-out (probably both). Thanks again Duke for not treating me like some dumb ricer jdm whore when I asked about the cams and to 95gainfla, good luck on the motor swap (I heard you waterlocked the SOHC as did I around this same time last year, thus the LS) and please don't try to make all of us not as knowledgeable Honda Techs feel like stupid ricers when you mention stuff like VTAK or saying you wanting me to actually put them in, yet thinking I wouldnt get proper advice not to do so first

thats cool, You have to realize some people just need to get their kicks in somehow.
anyways, if you want a more aggrasive cam for your LS and dont want to pay major bucks for.

See if your local Used Parts Depot (junk yard) has an older Prelude around. They came with the motor thats a B20 on them (not the CRV B20). The cams from this engine will fit the LS. I have compared them to a comp cam and they have almost the same tear drop size on them.

*make sure if you use these to adjust your valves*

Other than that, You will enjoy them.

for some cams, just get some name brand ones.
