looking to redo exhaust

I have a 95 accord and i am looking to redo the exhaust on the car right now it has eithe 2 1/4 or 2 1/2 inch piping with a horrible sounding muffler. The cat needs to be replaced. Just looking for options on either cat back systems or a good muffler. Dont really mind if its loud as hell as long as it has a nice deep tone to it.

start from the header and change everything out

well i kind of figured that i was more looking towards what people reccomend as for companies for cat backs or just mufflers and headers and so forth.

I dont live in tampa and i have had a couple other cars that have had pretty loud exhaust sytems and the have never fucked with me. I was just trying to find a good exhaust that will produce some extra power but not sound like shit. It can be quiet or loud as long as it has a good tone.
