Please Help Throttle Body
a buddy of mine has a 1989 honda civic lx 1.5l it has the dual port injection.
for the past 3 months he keeps replacing it with used throttle bodies... because the dealership wants $1047 just for the new part not installed..
anyone have any ideas on what he can do to save $$? or is there something else causeing the TB to go bad?

how is the Throttle body going bad? like what exactly is wrong? you sure its not the TB and be it the TPS?

is he running a open throttle body no filter that can fuck shit up pretty quickly lol you could buy like an aftermarlt one from www.performancecenter.com for like $300 or so.

its def not the tps and he has a filter on it yes lol

that site only has the TB for the muiti port injection not dual port
