I thought I had a busted cv and replaced it (been a while, so no harm done) but the clickity click came back quick. Ended up being a broken clip/shim on the brakes. Check them out, make sure they are there on top and bottom of pads of affected wheel.

I had this problem back about a year ago.
First thing you need to do....Buy OEM Honda Axles or have your stock Axles (if you still have them) Rebuilt.
Don't buy Axles from the following: NAPA, Advanced Auto, AutoZone!!!!!

I finally broke down and bought OEM, Now I don't have any problems.....What so ever.

agreed. i used to work at advanced auto, you do have a lifetime warranty on the axles there, however, people would come in all the time to exchange them. so, i refuse to get rid of my original ones. i rebooted them years ago when the boots wore out and nothing else was wrong with them and i havent had any problems. if you cant afford the oem ones, it seems like the napa ones are the best out of all the aftermarket part stores ones you can get. also, check out mikes driveline and see what they can do about rebuilding your original ones or if you dont have those, just give them a call anyways and see what they can do with what you have to work with now.
