cleaned it out as good as i can, throttle body cleaner even a little sandpaper, really just looking to get it bored out a lil anyways, think it may be the little screw by the part the cable pulls, possible its getting stuck where they contact. but still looking for a good price to bore it out a little

It sounds lke the thottle plate is sticking in the housing, adjust the thottle stop . It's a common problem with thottle bodies over the years.
Check out "Max bore" on H-T , they charge $100 to bore them and do a very nice job.

I wouldnt reccomend having your TB bored out. I know someone who has one that is, and they have alot of problems with it. Mainlythat it sticks shut.

yea if i do it i'll prolly go to max bore like mrlht recomended, everyone on hondatech said they did good, even tho i wont really see too much in gains yet but its good to get out the way for when i do put more mods in. but that was my problem already, with it sticking shut. just got that worked out by adjusting the screw just enough so it dont get stuck.
