Default car trouble: what could this be?

ive got an 89 crx hf and i drove it to tampa and it was fine, but on the way back it was giving me a hard time putting it into gears. my clutch grabs up top but i checked the adjustment and its all the way adjusted up so if adjust it anymore i wont have a clutch at all. when i held the clutch down i couldnt get into gears and when i tryed it started creeping on me. when i did get it into gear it would shake a little and when i took off it was fine going into other gears but i couldnt downshift, same problem. any help please? its cable clutch btw.

I have the same exact problem right now in my ford ranger. Try checking the clutch fluid, I topped mine off and it seemed to fix the problem somewhat, but it still gives me a lil trouble. Ill be taking mine into a shop very soon and Ill post back when I know whats wrong.Good luck!
