I'm trying to get this JDM Integra, is it a good price?

that car looks pimp...id buy it for that price but he keeps bringing up emission laws/smog laws...that means if u move to a state that does emissions testing it wont pass... it could mean thay think there might be a internal problem...g/l with your biding
