over a few thousand sales and your customer service had better be better than that cause your a business and not just an ordinary person off loading un-needed stuff. when ebay is full of 100% and a lot of 99% then I will keep my business for thos in the top percentile. I come from a customer service industry so when I see that this person has reviews like no communication, or item was broke but refused refund, slow shipping, and not just once but alot then that's bad business. the only time I go with someone that is under 98% is when they have very few sales because one bad review can kill them, and I read the review to try and figure out if the buyer is mad because shipping took 5 days and the buyer is some newbie with 2 transactions or some other lame reason that doesn't warrant the negative. I'd prefer to deal with a legit business if prices are similar or if the $ amount is high. I don't mind ordering off the web but if there is anyone locally I'd rather give my business to the local economy.
