This topic has been beaten with a bat. Search.
some may be better than others, but ultimately you get what you pay for. IMO they are crap.

Please tell me you are kidding. Those kits on Ebay are absolute junk. I wouldn't even buy one if it were $100.00 . Turbo is not something you want to half ass. Your car was not originally made to be turbo so do a lot of research to find what works with what instead of just saying hmmm...I think I'll turbo my car. If you want it to be right and reliable do it right the 1st time. Talk Kris (punkinterviews), John (Mtber) or NChatch (sorry don't know your name). They can provide you with all the facts better than I could.

You can piece a kit together on TR relatively cheap, if you watch the for sale forum.
Always alot of great deals from good sellers.

Good looking out guys. I don't know much about force induction, but as far as componets I thought the turbo, waste gate and blow off valve are the most important components. Piping can be fabricated rather cheaply and then theres fuel management. I have to do some more home work on it.

Well here is a little info for you from the guys at honda-tech:

Maybe that will give you a little more info to what you need.
As far as Fuel management goes contact John (Mtber) at phearable.net when you are ready.

When considering a turbo you have to look at a few things. First off, what are your horsepower goals. If they are low, you may be able to get away with putting a turbo on a factory block pushing 6-8 lbs of boost and have it tuned. If not, it may not last very long. I know several people who ran low boost for several years with no issues at all. If you have a single cam engine, look into a dual cam engine first. You may be better off just by doing a swap. If you want to make more power, look to building your bottom end and getting it tuned properly. Get your ECU setup for datalogging and chipping or reflashing. Hondata or chrome something along those lines. Like others above have said, you get what you pay for..

I agree, that thread is a good read for anyone first getting into forced induction. It shows you how to install a turbo kit made from known parts.

No name turbos = Shotty seals
No name manifolds = Crack
No name wastegates/blow off valves = Not too sure about these yet...

Do it right the first time & save your self a lot of time & money.
