Default steering wheel

pep boys sells grant steering wheels , i go to school in delaware and have to get this car inspected. I dont know if they will fail it for the missing airbag so i just want to replace it, but the mounting kit guide say cant be used with with car equiped with airbags. any way around this? will the kit for the older model hondas listed work?

i have seen in mags that in cali they have cracked down hard on mod cars and by bypassing a safety device like ann airbag can get you a ticket.

well it failed inspection today, not because of the airbag, but because of the horn that honda decided to make part of the airbag. So i have to come up with a horn set up, i would prefer just to get a new steering wheel, just a cheap one for now. I have been working on this project for sometime and I just want to drive it now, its getting cold up north here where i goto school.

So any of the steering wheels will work? i just buy the honda adapter kit that it does list? It seemed there was only one part number for ALL the honda apps listed.
