Moly lube is moly lube. Its the same thing. just make sure you pre load the studs/bolts. TQ them down, loosen, TQ them again, loosen, and do that 1 more time and then TQ them down for good. this will pre strech(pre load) the studs/bolts so you get a more accurate TQ reading.... Good luck

70 FT LBS for ARP MOLY ASSEMBLEY LUBRICANT or torque to 85 ft lbs with 30 wieght motor oil
BUT this is at 75% for those studs and here is the most importand part(BELOW)
do to the expanision rate of ALUMINUM, it's recomended that the torque should be 65 ft lbs with ARP MOLY ASSEMBLY LUBRICANT (honda blocks are aluminum)
SO if you are going to use moly lube TQ them to 65, if you use Oil TQ them to like 70-75

meh... I overtorqued mine a bit so I wouldnt have to go back and do that 1000 mile re-torque bullshit
