Default got a sputter

Ive got a sputter at idle and cruising. It seems to be fine during acceleration. First thing I changed was the fuel filter. Now I think its a bad injector....

Whats your opinion?

How would I go about testing the injectors?

Have you replaced your cap and rotor, plugs wires lately? Could have a fouled plug.

first off listen to all the injectors with a stetescope or just place a screwdriver to your ear and to the injector and listen to hear if the injector is opening. is there a mil if so check what cylinder the dtc is for then subsitute the bad cylinders (misfire cylinders) injector for a good know injector. clear the code and see if the code changes to cylinder the (bad) injector was swapped to. i personally would try this with the pluges before the injectors. plugs are way more common to cause a misfire than injectors.
or if needed just do a tune up cap rotor plugs wires.

no codes... Its got new plugs and wires. All four cylinders fire but it sounds like its misfiring (sputtering) during idle. I will double check the gap on each plug and consider a new rotor and cap. anything else?

Inspect your plugs, theyll tell you alot about how the cylinder is firing...
