Hey Penis!!! No it wont fit!!! How in the fcuk did you have 99-00 lip on your eg??? The only way that would work is if you cut it in the middle, take about 1 1/2 -2 inches out and then Bondo/glue it together, then sand, and paint it (so it looks like it fits)!!! Or you buy one off of ebay (the 92-95 civic Type R lip) and it looks like the 99-00 lip!!! I dunno but that lip aint fitt'n unless you get a 99-00 front end conversion!!! Rep Points please... oh yeah... I sold my hatch

I have put 00' so lips on 92-95 civics before....all you have to do is trim the ends.

If you want to practice hacking up a lip I have two brand new ABS Type R style lips that fit 2001 and up . . . $20 each
