check ur vtec wires. somtimes if u dont hook them up right it ( i dont know how to say this but....) it gives it a rev limit and it gags at like 4800 rpm.

Ok when I get out of work today I'll check out all my wiring to make sure everything is hooked up right. And I'll get back to you and tell you what has happen since. But thanks for the info.
