Core radiator support?

Core radiator support?

Ok its an integra(99) and I need to make sure on how to take off the front support and put one back on,If you have any tips please let me know.

just drill through the welds and pry it off. then put the new one vise grip it on there, make sure everything fits, and then weld the fuck out of it. done
