Question swap if can???

i have an 85 honda accord and i really want to put a 88-95 D series motor how would i go about in to doing so, thats if it can be done please help me out TR thanks

Bad idea! why would you wanna put a lil D series1.6L in a big car that comes with a 2.0L - 2.2L ? stay with big motor!! H 22

wouldnt a b series swap be easier, ive seen it done before

ditto, i believe the 85 and 88's engine bays are the same, but i think they might be a little differnt, i wasnt 100% sure, BUt im 100% sure with a 3rd gen that it is easier to swpa a b series..

if the engine bays are the same from the 2nd gen and 3rd gen, then a B series motor will be the easiest bet.

the H22 will move the car lots better than a B series. the heavy car was made for at least 2.0 L and a B20 swap is just as hard as H22. prob. harder! lol

Put an H22 in it or you can buy my CRX that already has a B18 swap in it
