boost & cams

Default boost & cams

I was just wondering if you can use an all motor cam and boost , or are they boost specific cams that have a certain lift and duration that help it out

the reason for me asking is : http://www.akmee.com/sohc-vtec/

i plan on boosting it later i just wanted to know if i bought this would it hinder the car later on or just say fuggit get the cam and boost that mutha

from what i have heard and read it will not be the best cause all motor cams have a higher lift and longer duration that will cause you to lose bosst pressure. correct if wrong.

on mild setup, GSR cams, on wild setups ITR cams.

here's a vid of RLZ street car (driven by airshifter), he works for RLZ. running stock GSR cams with a small turbo. posted a 9.86

I just overnight him some new ITR cams, more HP are known to be used on stock OEM.

Its quite simple, go to the track and watch who's running what and ask them!
