Default Need Wiring Help!!!
I have a 1997 Civic Ex
I installed a 1994 OBD I B18B1
I used a stock 98 DX harness and wired in the correct plugs from the OBD I engine harness.
I am using the stock OBD I P75 ecu w/ a conversion harness.
The car starts up and run for a couple of seconds and sounds like it is running pretty good, but then the check engine light comes on and it stalls and backfires out the throttle body.
I thought i messed up a distributor wire, but checked and rechecked and they are all in the right place.
I dont know where to go from here, please someone help.

what is the cel code for? im sure this will point you twards your problem.

the code it gave is code 4 for the crank pos sensor, but i cant understand why.
