The intake side of the turbo setup includes full 3" intercooler piping, a Greddy Blow-off valve and a Yonaka Large core intercooler. The fuel system consists of 1000cc precision injectors, fast-turbo.com fuel line setup and a Wal-Mart intake fuel pump The car was tuned by Jason "st00pid" herrara on Neptune to keep the stock motor together under the power we are making. We recently made 536 whp and 400 ft lbs of tq on autologics dyno in Houston. The car is also on a completely stock drivetrain other than the omni power drag coilovers and adjustable upper control arms.

And i am NOT saying everyone can do this , this car is a drag car, and was tuned by one of the said "best" tuners in the united states.

but yes , it is very possible for a stock h22 to hit the 500whp mark. So i see no problems with it @ 350-400 whp.

it will not fit . h2b kit or not , the jackshaft for the pully assembly runs infront of the timing cover .. last i check i couldnt fit a finger between my timing cover and shock tower.

if you want to fab a sc up , look into a vortech setup , youll have more luck getting it in there .

it can be done i have seen it at a show a while ago it was in a ek though. there was a little modification he had to do to the drivers side strut tower, but it was no to bad looking. but honestly i would go turbo or vortec. it looked like a huge pain to work on. and the initial install looked very hard to get to some of the bolts. and i think he modified his mounts slightly aswell.

Anything from sleeves to oil starvation, with no aparent reason behind it. These engines were all making less then 450whp as well.

The H series just isn't - in my opinion (for what that's worth) - the best engine to turbo. If you already have the motor in the car, keep it and spray it. You have a relatively light car, and with stock H22, should already be mid-low 13's.

If someone is looking to put an H22 in their car and boost it, I would have to warn against it. Only because of the failure I've seen in 94+ turbo Preludes.

Oh yeah.......as far as a h22 having oil starvation and or pump failure , I can almost guarentee you it was because Of an aftermarket Crank pulley. This is because the h22's a re not balanced from the factory , and then people put in Billet crank pulleys and the oil pump fails and oil starvation...and BAM motor blows, I have experianced this personally. Also another problem that i have seen is people running the factory auto tensioner and they fail, but that is an easy and MUST have change that can be solved with a h23 manual tensioner.

These are the ONLY problems that i know of with a H/F series motor. I have never heard of someones motor getting starved of oul because of NO APPARENT reason.....there is a reason that everything fucks up....they jsut didnt have something right.

i guess i am one of the most dumb mother fuckers around then , because IMO H series rocks and im in the process of boosting my b20z ...w00t
