i have a 94 d16 civic with the gauge needles not working, turnsignals or clock. the cluster lights up. my hazard lights work on the luster and outside, but turnsignals don't work on inside or outside. i just got some led tail lights and i was messing with the turn signal bulbs. then wen i turned them on with the hazard switch and they didn't work. i checked that fuse and it blew, so i replaced it. then the hazards worked but non of the things i listed above. i also checked everyfuse, all are fine. any ideas?
