SOHC cam turbo setup??
For a D16-T I would do ...
D16Y8 Block with rods/pistons possiblly sleeved if looking for more than 300+WHP
Stock D16Y8 Head with Valvesprings/retainers
GT2871R
Semi Equal Length Mani
TiAl 38/44mm WG
TiAl 50mm BOV
Precesion 680cc Injectors
Precesion 350/600 Core
CMS Piping/DP
Aeromotive FPR
Walbro 255lph
Crome
Thats to do it right . You could cheap out and do things cheaper but in the end you end up with just that a cheaply built/ half asses setup ...
I say sleeve it and put an SC61 w/TO4S Cover and Stage 5 4 bolt T350 Exhuast side and 1000cc Injectors and try to make 500WHP

Sherman i dont have the cam yet bc i dont know if i am gettin a v-tec head...but i can get a Zex stage 2 for 100 bux if i wanted to....Jay has one....i dont think im going to go vtec any more bc EVERYONE has it i was to be Diff......

An SC61 is a laggy turbo, i'd stay away from it. The GT series turbos are nice, but pricey.
You can get 250whp with no problems on a stock engine SOHC VTEC. If you have the A6 and Y8 combined, your compression is probably a bit too high for boost with out a lot of tuning. Building the engine is a must, To run much more then 10psi you're prolly going to need to back the shit out of your timing, or run higher octane.

But like I was saying. I agree with everything that Boosted4AG said. Dont use a Side mount just wait the extra xxxxx time and get a FMIC trust me it will be worth it in the long run. Dont skimp corners when it comes to running a turbo setup on your car because you will end up messing something up. You seem fairly anxious to get this on and I would be to

Mike how do u know the motor is Perfect u have never seen it run and u have one person that can vouch for it and it is someone who ripped you off with a clutch....(not sayin any names) u have never heard it run.....just an opinion dont FLIP....i have been thinkin bout that for a while thats Y im IFFY on Buyin it...LMK
