Having PROBLEMS with Vtec!!

I just bought this car from someone off of here and im having problems with vtec. here is what i have.. how do i check and see if the vtec cylinoid is bad? Maybe the ecu isnt wired correctly??

1.6l crx si bottom end
ported z6 head has arp head studs
z6 intake manifold
62mm thorttle body
dc 4-1 ceramic header
custom 2.25 dual tip exhaust
carbon fiber intake
pg7ecu

If anyone wants to come fix this for me ill pay them!!

wtf is vtec cyl? vtec has its own cylinder?

what exactly is "wrong" with v-tec?

is it wired up?

can you see the vtec noid?

if so tomorrow ill check mine out and tell you how it SHOULD be wired...if you lived in st pete ide stop by and check it out..

ohh yea i can see it actually some stuff happened today with the car but its a long story.. Maybe we can meet up day after tomorrow im here in tampa/carrollwood
