Default My alt belt flips and breaks...

Just like it says... It'll flip upside down and eventually pop off. The only thing I can think of is some sort of mis alignment. Any ideas from real mechanics?

when the pulley is spinning, can you see if its wobbling at all? sounds like one of the pulleys might be loose, causing it to wobble.

or your belt is too big.

Ok. I'm on my 3rd belt of the night and no more tunning. I don't think I will run the car like this Saturday IT does seem that the alt pulley and the crank shaft pulley are not aligned. VERY wierd. At first I thought the tensioner bracker was bent, but it looks to be parralel, just on a different plane then the groove on the crank shaft pulley. O Well....

The good thing is I REALLY like the NT-01.

check the crank pulley, sometimes the rubber dampner in the middle of the pulley seperates, and causes the grooves on the pulley to walk. seen it happen before to a gsr.

Try a different oem crank pullley. Might as well try a new alt pulley. I'll see if I got one for you at the shop.
