Can I put an LS cylinder head on a b16 block?
Can I put an LS head on a B16a1 block? I've never seen it done before but I'm almost sure that it's possible. It's for a daily driver so I don't care about HP, I just want to know if it'll work. thanks.
nope it doesnt work, i know you are probabaly saying "but a vtec head fits on an LS" but i cant rememeber why it doesnt.

seems like if you can do it the other way around it should be possible. i know the dowles are differant. and you have to plug the vtec oil line somehow. just sell it and get an ls short block. you will be happier that way.
let us know what happens if you do try it.
