Looking for a shop/garage to rent, 500-600sqft, need something I can access any time/day. Closer to the USF area the better, if someone knows of a larger shop that they are looking for someone to go in on with them I may be interested. I'd like to keep it under $300 a month. I've called all of the storage places in my area and only one would rent me a unit w/power (10'x20') but I could not access it on Sundays and I had to be about early on Saturdays.. which would not work. I live in a town house and they passed a rule stating that you are not permitted to work on any car at any time on there property (even though we own the unit..). ill rent you a part of mine i have 3,000 sq ft. 24 hour access will soon have lifts 300 a month but its in largo so out of your area.
