If your going to get hondata, go with hondata s300
If your on a budget but want something simular, get tuned on crome.

Go with Crome which is free to use you just have to pay someone to tune and chip the ecu. It in my opinion has eclipsed the Hondata S200 systems in performance.

Haha. This thread is great. All advertisement and not one answer to the guys question. To answer your question, yes you have to get the boost option for Hondata. Definately a huge improvement over that VAFC. The only Hondata tuner in the Tampa/St. Pete, etc area is John at LHTperformance.net. in Pinellas Park.

Correction, the only hondata s100 & s200 tuner in the area is John at LHT.

I don't feel buying an s200 unit w/ the romeditor v3 is worth my money when I know I will only tune 2-3 cars on the unit.
I would prefer my customers to run Crome or buy hondata s300.

You are correct.....S100 or S200, the system that 99% of Local Hondata users own. Trying not to get off topic, but I tuned 16 different Hondata setups in the 5 months before I moved and know that John at LHT has tuned atleast 10 different Hondata setups since I moved, 6 months ago. Seems pretty reasonable to me to spend a couple hundred bucks to tune 25+ setups.

Back to topic. Being able to control your timing will help out alot with that jackson hair dryer.
