Your question needs to be a little more specific

You need to have your car tuned to see maximum results with an safc.

Are you using a p13 ecu ? don't believe that's a b16a ecu , sounds like a H22a ecu to me, what yr is your car?

Sounds like they screwed you.

P13 is for the H22A from the prelude.

P2T would be for a 99-2000 b16 OBD2b Si.

With that said, although is too late, you do not need to reprogram an ECU. You need to tune your AFC, was it a V-afc or a S-afc. The V-afc, is the one that has the Vtec controller built in. Everycar is different, to get the most out of your setup you need to get it tuned. Base numbers will only get the car running but not at it's best.

If I was you, I would just get an OBD2 to OBD1 harness and run a P28. You can then have it chipped with a programmable chip.

A OBD-I h22a ecu at that. P30 is OBD-I B16a code, stamped on intake manifold , timing belt , ecu , and other parts. What you are looking for is a jdm P30 ECU , i'd buy that and a OBD-2Ato OBD-I conversion harness, and forget about the VAFC it's nothing but a bandaid , their are much better things out their for the price.
