coolant leak

Default coolant leak

I recently bought a 94 inegra ls and it is the first honda i have owned and i noticed the other day that it has developed a coolant leak cooming from the back of the motor. i don't really know where all of the coolant lines are on it and i was wondering if anybody had any diagrams of the lines

back of the engine? or the back of the engine bay? be more specific and i could prolly tell you the problem.

if its comming off the firewall its one of lines that go to the heater core.

could be the water pipe on the back of the block that goes into the water pump and thermostat. There are two o rings that in time will need to be replaced. Easy to fix. The best way to find out is to pressure test the system. Get a pressure tester.

also, check the hose from the back of the intake manifold , it goes to the back of the bay as well it happend to me about a week ago. should go into the iacv or fast idle valve on the backside of the manifold, near the TB. hope it helps goodluck
