Cheap + Turbo is very possible if you do your research and do your own work.

I would say the best place is your garage, then take it somewhere to get tuned.

If you are getting a real turbo kit it should be a straight bolt on, and should include all your oil lines, feed and return, as well as all the fittings needed to make it work. They should also include some type of engine management or fuel management.

If you are getting an Ebay "turbo kit", good luck. These kits don't bring everything you need and it will probably break soon and it is like throwing away your money.

I have installed 2 kits on my civic, homemade, and my own turbo upgrade to my WRX, that includes turbo, manifold, injectors, standalone, front mount and pipes. It's not hard if you get a complete kit, it's even easier.

I have heard good things about CMS so far, so call them up.

Yes, I obviously don't mean some redneck with a hacksaw and a hammer putting my shit in for 30 bucks, what i meant is whats a good shop that does installs in your area for a good price. Apparently CMS may be a good choice. Thanks for the help.
