Default I got a code

Yo, I was driving my hatch around my area and my car started to sputter like it was loosen power. Then I look at my ecu and it started throwing a code 9 . The car is 91 civic dx running obd0 and its a b16. Does anyone know what could of caused it throw that code. Could it be wiring or the dizzy going bad. If anyone could give me any info will help. The car will crank but when I go to rev the motor up the check engine light comes on and then it flashes code nine.

i would check the pins at the ecu, you were suppose to pin the ecu plug for a cyl sensor maybe it came out, also try checking the ohms in the dizzy not sure how to explain it over the comp. but it should be between 350-550 ohms

I checked out the wiring and one of the wires got loose near the distributor and then I hooked it back up and went to crank the car up and it didnt throw anymore code but the car still miss fires when I go to give gas. So could it then be the distributor.
