all right lemme explain whats going i was with my bud and we had a leaky tire just all of a sudden and it was getting flat pulled over to hess and slapped on a spare but the problem is there was 3 wheel studs on it and another snapped leaving two that arent even across from each other so we get to present time hsi car is in my garage everythign apart problem is i cant get the hub attached from the strut yes i unbolted the two and got it off up top and yes i got the dust shield off but when i go to pound out the studs there is not enough room to pull out the snapped ones and defiantly not enough room to pop in new ones
PLEASE guys please try to help me out here we needs this car back up on its feet

you can pop them out, if you rotate it to a certain point, they will come out even if they are full size, you CAN do it, i just put in my extended studs which are about 3 inches long. all i did was grind the hub a bit.

you need to seperate the upper and lower ball joints and put it on a bench. i can do it on a car, but i have replaced about 20 or so

 

hey man thanks for the help but i managed to get em in but we only had time to do one side so know 3 hubs have all 4 and the front right has 3 but we'll be doing that tmorrow i believe and i was thinking of notching the the hub but i realy didnt wanna have to do it which i didnt and things went well o0o and i alreay had the upper and lower ball joints seperated and it was on the bench lol but thanks man i appreciate it and when we were done we put on the new rubber and went out and tested them kind of had a dissappointment that they dont smoke as much as the old ones lol but the added traction will help lol thanks man
