Default jdm gsr ecu question

its obd-2 and its in an obd-2 teg. both '96s. questions are:

does it use the second o2?
when should vtec engage?
can i code scan it? i tried and it didnt work.

It'd the same shit as the USDM you just paid more for it. And you can code scan any ECU with a jumper harness and the key turned to auxilary

so when does vtec engage? and does it use the secondary o2?

I think by code scan he means hook an obd2 scanner up to the computer and have it spit out the codes...
