When you put a test light on either/both of the brass connectors for one of those bulbs, does it indicate that you have current?-Bob

Next test: do a continuity test on the new bulbs. Sometimes
no continuity, = bad bulb, even new.

Next test:
There should be an electrical plug going into the back of the panel.
It will be the same plug that will plug into your new SI cluster.
With things turned on, test for voltage in the back of the plug,
where the wires come in.............no voltage means the new cluster
will not work either.........also hokey as it sounds, wiggle the plug.
In FL, light corrosion will be rubbed away, and the lights, etc come
on.-Bob
