Default tranny help

hey i dont know wut to do i hope someone can help me with this ...
got a del sol b16 everytime i shift down gears my car goes off with no reason and also when i put it in neutral it does the same thing (goes off). that never happened b4, i look under the hood and one of the fuse boxes cover was missin ( found it by one of the ac lines) its the one that says:
-ABS (FUSE STILL THERE) - dog clutch control (MISSING)
-ABS (FUSE STILL THERE) - motor check (there)
- clutch monitor (there)
Is there any other thing that can cause that ?
i was wondering if that fuse missin rite there might have something to do with my car going off. pls somebody help me ... thankz a lot

so when you shift the rpms just drop low and than the car dies? if this is the case it sounds like it might be off timing or the idle could just be set to low, could be tps or iacv also. how/when did this start happening? did it just happen one day? or did it happen after reving the shit out of it? or did it slowly get worse until it finally one day it stalled the first time? does it only happen when the a/c is on? is it worse when the a/c is on? answer those and you will be closer to getting a correct answer.

im thinkin that it jumped timing a little bit. take the valve cover off and check that first. what kinda timing belt did you use? oem? did you change the tensioner? did you torque everything down properly?

edit: let it warm up and idle for a while then unplug the iacv. it shouldnt stall as long as the a/c is off. if it does stall --> timing.
