need help with single cam swap

i have a 1.5 block with 1.6 head can i use the 1.5 distruter and my other problem is the belt is like .5 inc to big on the pollys would i need to put a 1.6 belt on or a biger cam gear?

1988 honda crx hf non v-tec head 1.6 and a 1.5 out of a 91 civic 4 door
