Default Friend owns a 91 Honda Accord

She needs the clutch replaced. She has been quoted $500 for the job. This a fair price? Seems a bit steap to me, but I know nothing about Hondas. If you can reccomend a shop, she would appreciate it.

if that includes the clutch/pressure plate/bearing. then it's a steal; and if it's a shop that she has no "connection" with then I'd be scared. If that's just labor then it's a good deal but still fair. I needed a replacement clutch on my crx and was quoted $800-1000 for labor, I did it myself.
