Default What does this hose go to?

theres is a hose going from the block on the firewall side of the engine, to the back of the throttle body,(throttle body being genreal) my question is what is that component that it is going to? as you can see in the pic there is a slight pin whole and its streaming coolant out of it.(makes a cool whistling sound too). but i want to go pick up another one today i just need a clarification on what it goes to. thanks in advance. -Greg

*edit: its the hose farthest way, dead center in the pic. you can see the fluid squirting out*

its one of the idle air controller hoses. i dont remember which one goes where but one comes from under the upper rad hose and i think the other one goes down into the water tube.

It holds the idle up at a certain point by letting more air into the TB, until the coolant warms to a normal operating temp, at which point it closes to return the idle back to normal...

Basically it just helps the car to warm up to operating temp faster...
